NINECOLLECTIVE SHIPPING POLICY
At NINECOLLECTIVE, every order is handled with care. Due to the exclusive nature of our drops, shipping times may vary.
ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING SCHEDULE
- Orders are shipped on weekends. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following weekend.
- Please allow 48-72 hours for tracking updates after receiving your shipping confirmation.
- Made-to-order and pre-order items require additional processing time. Check the product page for details.
- If your order includes pre-order or made-to-order items, your full order will ship together once all items are available.
PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are processed within 5-7 business days.
- During high-demand drops, processing may take up to 10 business days.
- A shipping confirmation with tracking will be emailed once your order ships.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: (If available) 2-5 business days after processing.
- Delivery times may vary due to location, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
ORDER TRACKING
- A tracking number will be sent via email once your order ships.
- If tracking does not update within 7 days, check your spam folder or email support@ninecollective.shop.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
- NINECOLLECTIVE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped.
- If marked delivered but not received, contact the shipping carrier directly.
- If lost in transit, email us at support@ninecollective.shop, and we’ll do our best to assist.
ORDER CHANGES & ADDRESS ERRORS
- Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
- If you enter an incorrect address, email support@ninecollective.shop immediately. Changes are not guaranteed once processing begins.
