NINECOLLECTIVE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
ALL SALES FINAL – LIMITED RELEASE ITEMS
NINECOLLECTIVE produces exclusive, limited-release products that are made in small quantities. Due to the nature of our drops, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for review. Please email support@ninecollective.shop with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, if the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will offer a replacement (if available) or issue store credit. We do not offer refunds.
SIZING ISSUES
Since all NINECOLLECTIVE pieces are limited edition, we do not offer size exchanges. Please refer to the size chart before placing an order. If you have sizing questions, contact support@ninecollective.shop before purchasing.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS
Due to high demand, we cannot modify or cancel orders once placed. Please double-check your order before confirming at checkout.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
NINECOLLECTIVE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number. For further assistance, email us at support@ninecollective.shop, and we’ll do our best to help.
